I’m a certified Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist with a Master’s Degree in Psychology and extensive experience working within the mental health sector.

I chose to study and work with these modalities, because they’ve helped me massively throughout my life, providing a flexible approach that can be tailored to different needs.

As a long-term Vipassana meditator, my therapeutic work fuses mindfulness and curiosity, while my philosophy is to foster self-compassion and self-efficacy.

I offer online sessions so that you can arrange for therapy to take place from the comfort of your own space.

Our first session will include an in-depth assessment of your needs and goals. We’ll also decide on how many sessions we think you’ll need. Typically, this can be anything from 3 to 12, although I do work longer-term with some clients.
