As a writer, I specialise in psychology, health, and mental health. I’m particularly passionate about producing intimate and insightful content that nurtures hope.
I’m also a mental health therapist with an interest in the power of imagination and storytelling. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Hypnosis. I chose to work with these evidence-based modalities because they’re solution-focused, and I’ve personally experienced their powerful effects and benefits in my life.
My work is also influenced by attachment theory and mindfulness. As a long-term Vipassana meditator, my philosophy is to foster self-compassion and curiosity in both my readers and clients.
